We are already a successful college, but we continually strive to be better and do better - be part of our story In the role of Lecturer in Hairdressing and Barbering / and or Beauty Therapy, you will predominantly be based at Dewsbury (with the ability to travel to other sites as required) and your focus will be on delivering the Hairdressing and Barbering curriculum to a wide range of learners. Your key responsibilities will include planning and delivering lessons, monitoring learners’ progress, and working with the department to ensure continuous improvement. Ideally, you will have a L3 or higher qualification in Hairdressing, Barbering, and/or Beauty Therapy, or be able to prove equivalent ability, with demonstrable experience in the industry. It is important to communicate effectively and engage with young people, as well as demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence in your role.
