Demand Generation Manager – B2B

A global POS payments business are looking to build out their Demand Generation function in London and have a brand new role they are looking to recruit. Initially, you will be very hands on however will also be responsible for building a high performing team within 6-12 months.
You will need strong expertise in lead generation tactics, including all things email marketing, Paid, SEO an other digital channels. You will ensure a steady flow of high quality leads to support the revenue growth of the business and will work closely with other teams to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet company revenue goals
2. Plan, execute and manage lead generation campaigns and nurture them through the funnel
3. Work with the content and design team to create compelling ads and email marketing campaigns
4. Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click through and cost per lead
