35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Must be accurate, thorough, methodical and computer literate with the ability to work between applications quickly and accurately having fast keyboard skills. Previous experience preferred although not essential as full training will be provided. Duties to include inputting daily accounts data, banking, filing, scanning, photocopying and maintaining documents. The collection and delivery of post.
The candidate must also have a confident and approachable telephone manner and be competent to deal with a busy switchboard and any other administration tasks as and when required.
Experience with Excel and formulas and case management systems an advantage.
Able to work within a high volume work environment on your own initiative.
