Chubb Fire & Security have an exciting opportunity for someone with either fire Extinguisher Maintenance / Engineer background, or fire safefty training background to join us as a area field-based Customer Training Officer to join our dedicated Fire Consultancy division on a full time, permanent basis.
LOCATION: Whilst training and attending surveys & assessments this role is dedicated to the London-South West region. Ideally you will be based in the Redhill area / South West of London, with some travel into central London and across as far as Oxford. The remainder of the time you will be home-based.

SALARY: Basic salary + Commission + Premium Company Vehicle - OTE c.£40,000+ per annum

What Will I Be Doing As a Customer Training Officer / Assessor?
The main goal of this role is to provide an effective delivery of fire training to the customer in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.
In time with full training, this role will become a dual role where you will be Initially fully dedicated to the delivering of Customer Fire Safety Training to customers onsite, moving on to support with conducting Fire Door Surveys and low risk Assessments (once fully trained).
12. Manage time to ensure preparation for fire training requirements are ready for the training to be delivered refilling of kit/replacement of used kit
13. Deliver the training on site to the company standard required in a manor to which the delegates enjoy
14. Liaise with the administration staff to ensure accurate information is given and followed by both parties in order to deliver at the correct time and site as required by the customer
15. Liaise and building rapport with the regional/national sales team members to ensure that they are promoting the product we are providing in the allocated area
16. Ensure that delegate certificates are sent to the customer on completion of the training course
17. Ensure that the delegate list is sent to the customer service team in a timely manner to ensure that invoicing can be raised to the customer
18. Achievement of agreed service level targets to ensure achievement of consistently high levels of customer service and minimal customer attrition
What We Would Like You To Bring
To be considered for this position you will already be a Fire Training Officer, or highly experienced within Fire Extinguisher maintenance. Either way a strong knowledge of fire legislation is essential for this role, with a keen ability to ‘present’ to our customers, along with:

23. Prepared to be adaptable to cover different areas of the country as and when required
24. Be prepared to study and train to become a “low risk” fire risk assessor
25. Be prepared to study and train to become a “fire door” surveyor
