Regional Coordinator – Newton Abbot, Devon
Salary £24,000 to £25,500
We are searching for a Regional Coordinator in our Environmental division. You will be c arrying out the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including field-based staff, materials, and sub-contractors. This is a versatile role supporting on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast paced organisation.

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be:
1. Carry out the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work. Planning and booking of staff, materials, sub-contractors
2. Support the Operations Supervisors so that the Field Operatives are able to successfully complete all scheduled work
3. Ensuring all work records are complete and accurate
4. Producing regular management reports.
5. Maintaining the Purchase Order log, and responsible for the delivery of accurate information for invoicing of all work delivered
6. General administration duties involved in the day to day running of the office.
As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have:
7. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
8. Experience in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
9. Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure.
10. Flexible, punctual, and able to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis.
11. Excellent presentation skills for all correspondents, documents, presentations, and data.
12. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and able to use CRM systems. Use of The Big Change an advantage.
