Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 6 venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with expertise in managing Bars, Nightclubs & Restaurant environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Oversee daily activities, including front desk operations, housekeeping, and food service.
4. Coordinate events and promotional activities to drive business growth.
5. Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies while ensuring cost-effective practices.
6. Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality and customer service.
7. Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
8. Implement upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a hospitality management role within a Bar, Club or restaurant setting.
2. Strong communication & sales skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
3. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Experience in fundraising initiatives is an advantage but not essential.
6. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
