We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Development Executive in the Cotswolds region. This role is focused on driving new business and managing existing accounts within the on-trade, off-trade and food service sectors.
Salary: Up to £29,500 starting salary
Bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary based on KPIs
Location: Cotswolds (includes Bath, Oxford, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester)
Benefits: Company car, Pension (up to 5% matching), 23 days holiday + Birthday

As a Brand Development Executive, you will be integral to the success of the brand's growth in your region, working closely with local businesses and executing exciting marketing activations to drive footfall and product trial.
The Role
As a Brand Development Executive, you will be responsible for both new business acquisition and maintaining existing business within your regional territory. Working closely with senior team members, you will deliver sales objectives, collaborate on customer partnerships, and activate brands in the on-trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business & Account Management: Develop and manage regional accounts to achieve sales and brand objectives.
* Customer Partnerships: Work closely with on-trade venues to translate brand objectives into customer-specific proposals and activation plans.
* Brand Visibility: Increase the visibility and availability of products in accounts, ensuring the success of promotional and sampling activity.
* Brand Activations: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement exciting brand activations that drive product trial and consumer engagement.
* Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on account performance and opportunities to senior management.

You
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is eager to contribute to business growth and have an impact within the on-trade market. The ideal candidate will have:
* A background Hospitality or in FMCG sales, preferably selling to the On & Off premise channels
* Established relationships across the Cotswolds region, including with Off-Premise businesses, On-Premise managed groups and local RTMs,
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience in reporting and forecasting.
