Specsavers Weymouth are looking for an experienced Retailer to become the new Audiology Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.
This opportunity is an existing audiology business that already has a customer database and clinical administration team. We are looking to hire an experienced retail leader who can drive the store's performance, whilst undertaking an apprenticeship course to become an audiology clinician.
It requires an initial investment to purchase the shares; you will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on leading the audiology business in a retail function and grow the store even further. The role will evolve as you become qualified in audiology clinical skills and hearing aid dispensing.
If you have a strong background of leadership, management, and commercial in a retail environment, and are looking to step into a clinical leadership role with training and qualifications provided, then this could be the opportunity for you.
