This includes optimizing sales coverage, territory and quota assignments, and ensuring seamless customer planning. Work closely with sales and consumption leaders to provide actionable insights that enhance sales effectiveness and business performance. Ensuring Sales Discipline & Predictability: Reinforce sales best practices by coaching teams on process adherence, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and execution standards. Support sales managers in maintaining high-quality, data-driven decision-making and accountability. Driving Customer Success & Consumption: Act as a sales enabler, fostering growth and consumption through effective tools, processes, and the ‘fewer and deeper’ strategy. Ensure rigorous opportunity qualification and partner with sales managers to implement and optimize new tools and methodologies. Requirements Sales Reporting & Insights: Generate insights and provide recommendations to the Sales Lead. Skilled in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and key intelligence. Sales Enablement: Execute sales strategies and translate corporate goals into actionable plans. Experienced in sales planning, relationship-building, and driving adoption of new tools and processes. Sales Excellence Leadership: Drive sales discipline and productivity by supporting teams in lead management, opportunity qualification, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting using standard tools and processes.
