What You’ll Be Doing:
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer activities, documents, and company dashboards using UtilityClick.
Financial Support: Ensure monthly invoicing is accurate, liaise with energy suppliers, and resolve commission queries.
Customer Engagement: Develop and deliver strategies to enhance the client experience through regular communication.
Marketing: Support brand growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, connecting with customers and prospects.
Sales Support: Assist with tender processes and develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Documentation: Organise and manage business records on SharePoint for easy access and use.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role is desirable.
An autonomous approach with previous experience working either remotely or in a hybrid setting is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based technology.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
A proactive and organised individual with an eagerness to learn.
