Scope of the role
Reporting to the KWE Head of Engineering (GB&I) you will be responsible for product compliance across the KWE sites in GB & Ireland, ensuring all sites have relevant processes and procedures in place to meet the ISO 37301 and group compliance manual requirements as well as managing all internal and external audits for all sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring full product compliance, within a reasonable timeframe, across the GB & I sites.
* Implementation of all necessary operational and technical processes across the sites to ensure we are in line with group and ISO 37301 requirements.
* Supporting sites on understanding and implementing the group compliance manual requirements.
* Ensure all product associated risks are highlighted and assessed in line with the group compliance manual.
* Present at all group and ISO compliance audits to ensure all NCR’s are captured and handled.
* Responsible for the timely closure of all NCR’s across the sites and for managing and supporting the team to close compliance gaps.
* Work with SHEQ mangers to ensure any compliance or policy changes required are introduced
* Ensuring all internal compliance audits are carried out in the necessary timeframes in the same reporting format.
* Create monthly update reports on compliance status by site to senior management.
* Ensure monthly compliance reports are completed and uploaded to deadlines.
* Liaise with divisional compliance team to ensure all documents, updates and processes issued are rolled out across the business.
Qualifications
* ISO 9001 Implementation is essential with ISO 37301 Lead implementer qualification or Auditing Qualifications desirable.
Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in an operational role
* Experience working with ISO 9001
* Must work well under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent people skills to ensure teams are brought together across multiple sites
* Excellent communication skills
* Detailed understanding of IMS systems
* Good understanding of approvals and accreditations
