We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our team in Lancaster, focusing on providing essential support to KS3 and KS4 students. This role offers a competitive daily pay rate ranging from £90.00 to £100.00, based on your qualifications, experience, and skills in student support.
Your role will involve monitoring student progress, facilitating interventions, and promoting positive behaviour while encouraging students to develop resilience and self-esteem. You will be providing one-on-one and group support to students facing personal, academic, or social challenges. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
