Customer Service Manager - Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset
We are recruiting a full-time Customer Service Manager to join the Bluebird Care Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset team who will help deliver the diamond standard of care to our customers across our territory. Working in an award-winning care service that helps support people live independently in their own homes across Bristol, Bath and NE Somerset.

Step into this newly created role with our CQC Outstanding company to support our Registered Managers by overseeing our domiciliary care services. As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants.
You will be:

You can expect:
* A salary ranging from £26.000 to £30.000, depending on experience,
* An additional £125 per on-call weekend

Knowledge of domiciliary care provision:
* Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise.
* Good spoken and written communication skills.
Preferable:
* Have or be willing to work towards a QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Care/ Management or equivalent.
* Domiciliary Care experience.
