About the Role
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive you will play a key role in supporting our affiliate marketing strategy for the UK branch.
Collaborating closely with the Partnership Marketing team you will optimise and scale our Affiliate Marketing channel and You will be responsible for the planning, maintenance, and communication of the affiliate marketing calendar.
You will support the UK marketing team in running quarterly campaigns across online and offline channels, including Out Of Home (OOH), radio, and podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support on affiliate marketing and partner marketing activities through optimising the current affiliate program and by developing new opportunities with new partners.
* Negotiate commercial terms and identify opportunities for increased brand exposure.
* Ensure all partner communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
* Negotiate paid placement opportunities, commission increases, and exclusive offers.
* Deliver monthly reporting providing insights for partner and promotional performance.
* Support the UK marketing team on the creation and launch of quarterly marketing campaigns across OOH, Radio and Podcast.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assure the partnership marketing targets are met
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing (ideally 1+ years).
* English speaking.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* A creative mindset with an eye for design and marketing aesthetics.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* A preferable interest in the financial and investments sector.
* Eligibility to work legally within the UK (UK citizenship, pre-settled or settled status). Note: We do not offer VISA sponsorship.

OTE £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
