Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

4. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
2. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
3. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
4. Competence in medication administration, including knowledge of pharmacology.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
7. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical nursing practices.
