Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Sales Network to increase conversion and average selling price through the introduction of KPIs & SLAs.
* Collaborate with the National Training Manager to identify key areas for improvement and develop training packages that will help the sales network exceed KPIs while striving for year-on-year growth.
* Provide boots-on-the-ground field sales coaching and own the team's number.
* Monitor and analyze performance, providing guidance to meet the Business Plan and goals.
* Hold team meetings to ensure sales, quality, processes, and business news are communicated and embedded into the sales network.
* Play an integral part in the onboarding process.
* Provide ongoing in-field support to the sales team.
* Coordinate regular focused sales packages.
* Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines.
* Work closely with the BDM, Operations Manager, and internal team members to build and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
* Serve as the in-field point of contact for the sales team (growing to around 8 team members).
* Work with underperforming sales team members to improve or exit the organization.
* Create new ways to sell and motivate the team through incentives and sales techniques.

* A commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others to achieve targets and goals.
* Ability to embed culture change.
* This role will involve traveling and nights in hotels.
