Location: 15 Dock Street, Strabane
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

About the role:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who would enjoy working as part of our team, providing award-winning service to new & existing clients.
In this office-based role you will be:
1. Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
2. Responding to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
3. Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
4. Working with other members of the team, completing administrative tasks as required.
5. Pro-actively establishing new sale opportunities.
6. Supported with a training plan to enable you to grow into this role.
Essential Criteria
1. A minimum of 5 GCSE's, including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
About you:
1. You will demonstrate the drive and can-do attitude required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing & new customers.
2. Be a confident & effective communicator, both written & verbal.
3. A competent IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills is essential.
4. Enjoy problem solving and work as part of a small team with a positive can-do attitude.
5. Be prompt, reliable & trustworthy.
6. Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required.
7. Have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly.
8. The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
