Customer Service and Administration
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Furniture Administration and Service team.
What you will be doing:
1. Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
2. Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
3. Logging incidents on our system.
4. Liaising with suppliers regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers' complaints.
