Scheduling Coordinator - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Co-ordinator for our client based in Aylesbury. Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Hours: 8:30-5:00pm Duties:
* Act as the main point of contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets
* Taking inbound calls from customers and tenants
* Prioritising and assigning jobs to engineers based on urgency and complexity
* Monitoring and tracking assigned jobs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of certificates
* Attending regular training sessions to improve technology skills and promote self-service options for common issues
* Proactively identifying trends and recurring issues to develop long-term solutions and prevent future incidents
* Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service desk or help desk
* Strong knowledge of IT systems
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
