As a Health & Safety Partner, you will provide support in relation to interpreting and implementing the relevant health and safety legislation and regulatory frameworks in a person-led manner. Supporting organisational approaches to delivering safe, high-quality services and making a difference to the lives of the people we support through a culture of safety inclusion.
To support the H&S Manager to develop and implement the strategic health & safety governance framework, making sure the organisation maintains a progressive and adaptive approach to be a person-led specialist care provider and to provide direct management and support to deliver safety improvement and enable operational excellence.
About you
Our perfect candidate would have the following experience:
* Working within a Health and Safety role
* Leading meetings, forums and committees reviewing safety performance.
* Completing audits and utilising an evidence-based assessment to drive improvement.
* Using data, reporting and metrics to drive quality improvements.
* Working in partnership with the people we support and their families/careers.
* Using information communication technologies effectively.
* Regulatory and contract compliance inspections and frameworks.
* Complete due diligence and supporting new business.
