Join our team as a Complex Care Support Worker in Burgess Hill!
Superior Healthcare is looking for experienced Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to support clients with complex needs in their family homes in Burgess Hill and Crawley.
We have full-time and part-time hours available, working 12-hour shifts.
Role Overview:
As a Complex Support Worker, you’ll provide dedicated 1-2-1 care, building meaningful relationships with one or a small number of clients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in seizure management who is confident in supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently.
Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.
Shifts Pattern:
* Guaranteed hours contract
* Days and Nights available
* Minimum 30 hours a week

Responsibilities
* To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
* To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
* To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
* To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Experience working with complex care clients.
* Experience working with individuals with Epilepsy
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
* Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in the UK.
* Confident working with children and making shifts engaging.
