Education, Training and Qualifications
Essential
1. Fully qualified Accountant (CCAB or other equivalent)
2. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
Desirable
1. Postgraduate level management qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
1. Substantive experience in a large and complex organisation and exposure to organisation
2. Extensive experience at a strategic level
3. Achieved results in a difficult financial climate in an organisation with limited opportunities to increase profit/income
4. Experience of leading the implementation of service improvement including complex change management programmes at a management level
Desirable
1. Experience of managing risk associated with service change

Leadership and Management Skills
