Job Overview
As a Sales Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and developing business into the hotel through proactive sales activity. You will work closely with the Sales Executive and Operational teams to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets.

Duties Responsibilities
* Respond within two working hours to all Reservation/event enquiries.
* Clarify expectations and establish a budget for each event.
* Conduct an initial consultation with the client.
* Coordinate details for guests.
* Ensure administration of all reservations and events is maintained to a high standard.
* Liaise with the sales manager in all aspects of contract negotiation outside of agreed limits.
* Create a sales plan for the forthcoming 24 months.
* Achieve targets and commission set.
* Support the Sales Manager and operational team where required.
* Anticipate guests' needs to enhance service quality and promote sales.
* Maintain communication with all departments within the hotel accurately.
* Prepare and execute show rounds to clients.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of a seamless booking system.
* Coordinate all clients' needs prior to arrival at the hotel.
* Complete any budget and forecasting administration.
* Proactively sell hotel facilities to potential guests and corporations.
* Manage billing and credit agreements for all reservations and events.
* Follow all department processes, procedures, and policies.
* Assist with the management of social media channels.
* Maintain a positive sales culture throughout the business.
* Develop close working relationships with all departments.
* Ensure guest security in compliance with GDPR.
* Carry out any other reasonable duty requested by management.
