Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised Contracts Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected and adhered to.
2. Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are aligned and progressing smoothly.
3. Liaise with the estimating team to ensure accurate project costings and budgets.
4. Make necessary arrangements with the stores team for timely procurement and supply of project materials.
5. Review project files regularly to ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
6. Be responsible for the creation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
7. Act as the main point of contact for site staff, providing support and addressing any on-site issues.
8. Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective communication regarding contract requirements.
9. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
10. Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and correspondence.
11. Assist in negotiating contract terms with clients and subcontractors to achieve favourable outcomes.
12. Provide guidance and support to the team on contractual matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
13. Ensure a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and their application within project operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in contract management, preferably within the construction or ground investigation industry.
2. Understanding of contractual terms, legal implications, health and safety, and risk management.
3. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
