Business Analyst/Warehouse Implementation Consultant Location: West Yorkshire, UK Office or Remote We Exist to Transform our Customers and Change Lives Summary: The warehouse consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and supporting the full implementation of the RF-SMART data collection software application for the NetSuite ERP system. With a broad understanding of general warehouse operations, best practices and business processes, the consultant leads the implementation effort directly for customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver detailed warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application Areas of concentration will be receiving, inventory control, picking and light production Lead/perform all implementation tasks and assist customer with application design, setup, testing and training Advise customers on best practices in the areas of warehouse setup, receiving and shipping Be the main point of contact throughout the implementation Work effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations Assume role of Trusted Advisor to customers and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions Communicate suggested enhancements to development team Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in supply chain related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience; other business management disciplines considered 5 years of warehouse operational experience with one or more companies or warehouse consulting for a software company Working knowledge of an ERP supply chain or warehouse management software solution Experience with NetSuite would be an advantage Flexible to work second shift hours Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Able to travel up to 30% Self-motivated with ability to work on multiple projects independently Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
