We are seeking candidates with excellent Sales Administrator skills who are also technically minded. The role will encompass everything from order processing, invoicing, liaising with distributors/factories and shipping. Duties Include: Processing sales orders, following the journey right through with the client until good received Delivery confirmations, purchase orders, shipment handling and invoicing Sales support - preparing quotes Supporting stock control and ordering when necessary Running sales supports Supporting sales with administration tasks as required Providing first class customer service at all times Experience required: Experience with Invoicing/Purchase orders Strong Excel skills Technically minded Experience in a sales support type role Live within a commutable distance of Chessington
