We partner with forward-thinking organisations to transform carbon-intensive heating into sustainable solar thermal with our Virtu products. You will be instrumental in supporting the Partner Business Development Lead to grow our Partner network, and expand internationally by providing technical and sales support. Role Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance to our Partners on systems engineering and integration. Help potential Partners to see the benefits of our technology and future sales opportunities as they help their customers work towards a zero carbon future. Provide our Partners with the training and tools on how to sell Virtu products in their own markets. Work closely with the Partner Business Development Lead to establish strong and successful ongoing Partner relationships. Market research and analysis of target markets (e.g. policy & subsidy regimes, industry analysis, energy markets) and potential customers (e.g. drivers, sustainability strategies and opportunities) Development and presentation of proposals to prospective Partners Supporting sales individuals that are based locally in Regions with technical support Representing Naked Energy in client meetings, conferences, webinars and trade shows Person Specification: You readily adopt knowledge of technical products and processes to best sell to our Partners You connect fully with our goals and values and are committed to developing and continuing the philosophy that supports them. You are someone that wants to make a difference You will have a strong interest in the technical solutions to tackling climate change and the energy transition in general Qualifications & Experience Essential Worked in a Technical Sales role for a minimum of 3 years. Engineering degree You will be able to demonstrate how your knowledge of technologies/products offers a solution tailored to the customer’s needs. You will have worked within the Energy, Renewable or Green Tech space. You understand the drivers behind tackling climate change and the ability to communicate the business case for renewables Excellent analytical skills and an ability to clearly communicate complicated information to a range of different audiences e.g. technical and non-technical Desirable Previous experience of engineering systems such as building services, hydraulic systems, heating and hot water, or renewable heat Excellent understanding or fluency in a major European language Knowledge about solar thermal technology and application Experience of working within an entrepreneurial environment Should you need any support during the recruitment process please let us know.
