HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, employment law, and best practices.
Lead organisational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and growth.
Support recruitment, performance management, and remuneration activities.
Deliver coaching, training, and HR policy education to leaders and employees.
Leverage HR analytics to provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels.
Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, and mentoring.
Commercial awareness with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate effectively.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and be visible across business locations
