As the Lead Functional Analyst for Digital Marketing Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT and marketing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of user experience (UX) strategies & touchpoints engagement across various digital platforms. This role involves managing projects that enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of digital systems, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces. What You’ll Do • Project Management: Lead and manage UX projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns. • Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and marketing departments, to ensure cohesive project execution. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital products meet high standards of quality and align with user needs and business goals. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, UX Design, or a related field. • Experience: minimum five years proven experience in project management, particularly in UX and digital systems. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, UX design tools, and web development technologies. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret user data and make informed design decisions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
