Catering Assistant – Talybont Primary School
We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our team at Talybont Primary School.
The role includes:
* General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds.
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times.
* Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Set up the tables and clear as required.
* Record the temperature of food.
* Ensure observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.
* Ensure EEC standards on Manual Handling.
* Maintain general Health and Safety of the kitchen including hazardous equipment.

* Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment.
