We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to add to growing demands and strengthen our Compliance team.
As Compliance Assistant for IPRS Group, you will manage ISO review meetings, handle patient and solicitor record requests, track health & safety compliance, oversee document control, and log incidents. You'll also assist with compliance projects, monitor inboxes, and provide administrative support, ensuring the company meets regulatory standards and operates efficiently.
Your success as a Compliance Assistant will help the organisation achieve several key objectives. You will ensure regulatory compliance by accurately managing ISO review meetings, handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and maintaining health & safety records. By efficiently logging and tracking incidents, you’ll play a critical role in supporting risk management and incident resolution. Your efforts in document control and inbox monitoring will ensure smooth and timely communication across the compliance team. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance operational efficiency, reduce compliance risks, support accreditation initiatives, and contribute to the long-term sustainability and success of the organisation.
As a Compliance Assistant for IPRS Group, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance team by managing ISO review meetings, handling patient and solicitor record requests, tracking health & safety compliance, overseeing document control, and logging incidents.
* Manage ISO review meetings and assist with agendas and minutes.
* Handle patient/solicitor record requests and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
* Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
* Relevant administrative or compliance-related qualifications (preferred but not required)
Experience:
* Experience in a compliance, administrative, or regulatory role.
Knowledge:
* Understanding of compliance processes, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations.
Skills:
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Salary:Up to £25,000 per annum
Location:Claydon, Suffolk.
Position:Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week Mon-Fri
