We wish to recruit a Part-Time Contracts Administrator to work out of our Ladas Drive branch in Belfast. We are looking for someone who will make an impact building good relationships while supporting with a range of administrative tasks within the Contracts Division.
Your key responsibilities as Contracts Administrator will include:
* General Administrative assistance
* Data Inputting & Reporting
* Processing and Tracking Orders where required
* Customer Service
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
* Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
* IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes
* Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
