To Manage and Lead a team of Sales Agents, against individual KPI's and Business Objectives delivering the best outcomes for our customers and delivering against Target.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Manage teams of sales agents and ensure they achieve sales target, maintain compliance and efficiencies.
2. Conduct regular advisor performance and compliance reviews, ensuring great documentation and follow up making sure call to actions are set and monitored, following through to success.
3. Achieve Daily, weekly, Monthly and annual sales targets and objectives set by the business.
4. Manage contractual documentation to ensure full compliance.
5. Manage your teams to Identify and sell the appropriate product into each customer, maximising margin opportunities at all times.
6. Maintain the sales, efficiencies reporting at all times. Regularly communicating with stakeholders on progress and actions plans to be taken and followed up with output results at granular level.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, within both the sales and operational team as well as key departments.
8. Own your own learning, with the support of your line manager and a structured training program.
9. Ensure accurate and timely management updates and reports.
10. Manage core staff and ensure policies and processes are followed at all times.
11. Manage behaviours and create a positive, supportive but successful culture.
12. Conduct regular 121's and document at all times.
What we need from you:
1. Good commercial awareness.
2. Demonstrable successful sales experience & Sales Management Experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Great IT skills, Strong understanding of CRM systems, Call Quality systems and processes will need to show good skills in Excel and extraction of Data.
5. Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
7. Ability to see the bigger business Objectives and Bigger picture.
8. Strong management of People.
9. Good coaching and sales development skills.
10. Strong ability to inspire and motivate others to want to do well.
