Job Title: Service Analyst (Access) x 2

Contract Type: 6 month FTC
Reporting to: Shani Weston
The Role
* Providing a central function for the management and ownership of all identity and access management processes and requests within Rathbones including but not limited to JML, application & folder access request fulfilment and attestation.
* The Access management analyst will work closely with internal and external audit teams, completing audit reviews and collation of audit evidence, ensuring compliance with our controls and standards.
Outcomes of the Role
* To support the development and ongoing maintenance of access management services.
* To work closely with other Technology teams on integrating access management services within Technology and business systems to increase efficiency through automation around areas such as JML processes, application access request fulfilment and attestation.
* To work with the Oversight & Control teams to provide application access attestations and alerting or reporting when required.
* Develop technical knowledge and share with appropriate teams the operational procedures for access management.
* Assist in ensuring that all access management capabilities are mapped to internal processes, policies, and standards. Develop metrics to measure and improve the alignment.
* To provide information to both internal and external Auditors in response to findings.
* Completing audit reviews and collation of audit evidence, taking responsibility for identifying service and process improvements to ensure compliance with our controls and standards.
* Undertake any other task as requested by your line manager, documenting dates, issues and actions arising.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* ITIL v4 foundation
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
* Microsoft Teams
* Strong knowledge of key ITAM principles.
* Experience with ITAM
