In 2024, we were honoured with the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. We are seeking a highly analytical and practical Junior AI Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, tools, and trends to help innovate and enhance our product offerings and increase the confidence of our teams to use AI. You will perform a critical role, working closely with our leadership and internal project teams to drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies into our systems and processes. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, this is a highly visible role, initially for six months, starting in March 2025. Key responsibilities will include: 1. Partnering with project teams to identify how AI can be used in our consulting services to enhance our service delivery to clients 2. The integration of AI technology into our consulting services working and collaborating with clients on live consulting projects and with all consulting practices, to understand their needs and provide AI-driven solutions 3. Inputting to our credentials, thought leadership and external materials promoting the use of AI in our solutions for clients and internal processes 4. Applying AI technology to our internal systems, processes and capabilities 5. Support the development and delivery of training programmes to upskill internal teams on AI tools, techniques, and best practices 6. Assisting, tracking and delivering project planning and timeline management for AI-related initiatives 7. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, researching, analysing and recommending AI technologies for improving business processes and enhancing performance, ensuring our consultancy remains at the forefront of innovation About you: Master’s degree Two to three years’ experience in business analysis, or a related role Knowledge of healthcare / pharma industry / marketing Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision Able to apply AI in practice – familiar with day-to-day adoption and use of AI tools in business Analytical skills: · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities · Ability to evaluate and synthesise large volumes of technical information and make data-driven decisions Communication skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders · Strong presentation skills for delivering reports, findings, and recommendations Additional competencies: · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ideal, but non-essential technical skills: · Ability to analyse and interpret data and generate insights · Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and basic coding skills What will Uptake provide for you?
