We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the team to support the mobilisation and ongoing delivery of a fantastic new contract, overseeing the client relationship, service delivery, and contract compliance at their locations.
Based: Midlands
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Conduct regular meetings to understand evolving client needs and expectations
* Proactively address client concerns and feedback in partnership with operations teams
Service Delivery and Quality Assurance
* Lead and manage the contract mobilisation.
* Oversee the day-to-day delivery of services to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations and ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual agreements
* Conduct monthly client visits and meetings to ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs for each account
* Implement quality control processes and develop solutions to prevent recurring problems
* Support the growth and development on the contract, and drive improvements in security delivery through implementation of integrated solutions.
People Management
* Effectively manage security operatives across the assigned contract
* Conduct regular welfare visits and performance reviews
* Provide ongoing training and development
* Handle employee matters relating to conduct, performance, and incidents
* Maintain a safe working environment ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Skills & Experience
* Experienced Area / Operations Manager with a proven track record in operations management, ideally within the Security Sector with distribution or corporate experience with an understanding of integrated security solutions and technology-enabled guarding approaches.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to effectively manage and report on operations.
* Demonstrable ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
* Strong People Management and Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Possession of a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence is essential.
* Willingness to travel as needed to manage your operational area, conduct client meetings, and attend industry events.
* Adaptable and responsive to changing operational needs.
* Proactive decision-maker with a customer-centric approach.
