The opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administration staff member to join our team here at Millom Community Hospital.
The post will be 22.5 hours over 5 days and will involve effectively dealing with administration tasks for both the district nursing team and the in-patient ward.
Main duties will include the following:
1. Morning audits
2. Answering calls and forwarding messages to the appropriate person
3. Scheduling appointments
4. Using our IT system to upload patient information and documents
5. Manage equipment orders
6. Dealing with day-to-day issues as they arise
To support the District nursing team and the in-patient unit on a daily basis.
To cross-cover annual leave and sickness where needed within the admin role.
To perform in line with MBHT trust policies and guidelines and to work in line with the job description.
