Role Title Project CoordinatorReports To TechX Acceleration ManagerPurpose of the Role In this role you will be working with and supporting developers of clean energy technologies and supporting the vision of the Net Zero Technology Centre (NZTC) which is a net zero world, powered by technology innovation. You will work in our TechX team which is the entrepreneurship engine of the centre and support the delivery of our programmes, as well as supporting projects across NZTC. You will play a key role in helping TechX achieve its goals and help entrepreneurs unlock their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to TechX initiatives and programmes outside of the TechX Accelerator by organising meetings, events and workshops; preparing resources; and engaging stakeholders. • Build relationships across the TechX stakeholder network including with industry partners, mentors, start-ups and support organisations to ensure efficient use of the network to deliver projects. • Deliver operational support for the TechX team including preparing documents, organising meetings and liaising with stakeholders. • Oversee TechX department systems including databases, files, trackers and project planners to ensure consistent and efficient operations in the team. • Undertake research activities to contribute to TechX department projects, and produce summaries and reports. • Provide coordination cover to the TechX Accelerator programme as and when required. • Provide coordination and research work for NZTC wide projects which might include benefits realisation projects. • Contribute to the logistical planning and delivery of any commercial projects and events as and when required. • Assist the delivery of other TechX or NZTC initiatives (such as STEM outreach) as required, such as attending events, responding to enquiries, or providing operational support. • Encourage a culture of inclusivity by ensuring that TechX activities engage diverse communities and always have a respectful atmosphere. • Deliver any additional relevant tasks and projects assigned as agreed with your line manager.
