Job Purpose
This role will manage the global OT & SCADA team to provide relevant services to our Asset Management and O&M businesses, as well as directly to external customers. The individual will need to ensure the services are robust, high quality, responsive, cost efficient, and scalable. Organisational Context The role reports to the Global Director of Operational Support & Innovation within the global Services business. The individual will work closely with P&L technology leaders, regional leads and support functions. Accountabilities
1. Understand what excellence looks like in the eyes of our customers as well as our internal Asset Management and O&M teams, set common metrics and targets to measure excellence, and drive the team to meet targets
2. Build and manage a globally distributed team to deliver OT & SCADA services with a consistent culture of quality and excellence
3. Put in place an effective system of governance to ensure we take a rigorous, consistent approach to the delivery of the services while managing risks.
4. Set and manage the team’s costs to deliver a cost-effective service
5. Drive standardisation and integration between country teams
6. Create a strategy to steer and prioritise the evolution of the services through a process of Continuous Improvement as well as identifying and enacting step-changes in service delivery
7. Raise profile of OT & SCADA services internally and externally in liaison with Marketing, Comms, and Business Development teams
8. Ensure the RES Cyber Security framework is considered and implemented in development of any OT standards or projects and the implementation of any security requirements needed to operate/manage assets. NERC CIP
9. Providing a high level of OT and SCADA leadership throughout RES – not only through the team this role manages directly but also across all aspects of business to make sure standards are followed and adhered to and evolved
10. Work with the AM and O&M teams to develop and deliver new services
11. Create and maintain service and cost books and assist with responding to customers’ requests for proposals
12. Liaise with Digital Solutions to ensure their products and offerings are aligned with our needs and standards.
13. Prepare regular reports for the OS&I and Services management team, including a set of relevant KPIs.
Knowledge & Skills
14. Technical knowledge and understanding of OT and SCADA technology
15. High operational and commercial understanding and change management.

22. Awareness and understanding of globally recognized OT standards, architecture models. IEC 62443
23. Working knowledge of Cyber security principles, frameworks and standards. ISO27001, NERC-CIP and NIST-CSF
24. English speaker, Spanish would be a plus.

37. Experience of working with national/international standards and contributing to the drafting, review and formation of documentation
38. Experience of working in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
39. Bachelor’s degree.
40. Master’s degree would be a plus.
