Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality teaching and support to students with SEMH needs.
2. Develop tailored learning plans to meet individual student requirements.
3. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student progress.
4. Implement effective behavior management strategies.
5. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
