Receptionist / Admin Assistant – South Shields
As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant within the firm, you must have the necessary personal qualities to ensure that you can carry out the duties outlined in the job description. No specific academic qualifications are a necessary pre-requisite, but you should have some experience of reception and administration work, including dealing with people both in person and by telephone.
You’ll be working closely with the Newcastle office while being based in South Shields.
You must speak clearly and have a warm, friendly, and outgoing manner. You must be committed to the aims and principles of the firm as set out in the Introduction to the Office Manual and to the provision of service of the highest possible standard. You must be ICT literate.
