Band 3 Coordinator - Hepatitis Operational Delivery Network/MDT

To work as part of a team providing comprehensive MDT and data co-ordination support to the Hepatitis C Operational Delivery Network, ensuring this is patient-focused and that patients receive a compassionate and professional service.
Working in conjunction with colleagues, patients, service users, and internal and external stakeholders, the post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and co-ordinate the efficient running of the MDT, ensuring that a seamless approach to patient care is delivered.
The role includes organising lists for discussion at the weekly viral hepatitis MDT, data inputting onto databases, and providing data for reports for both the hepatitis team and NHS England (NHSE).
Main Duties of the Job
Duties will include:
1. Coordinating the Multidisciplinary Team Meetings - preparing the patient list
2. Answering telephone and email enquiries

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9-4
* Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment
Experience
* Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
* Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Experience of using IT systems
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of equality and diversity
