Based: Field based around Northeast and Yorkshire must be flexible to travel

About the role
As a Quality Advisor (QA) you are responsible for supporting the centres in meeting the delivery of the annual strategy for quality. The QA works closely with the Director of Quality (DOQ) and alongside the Area Directors (AD) to facilitate strategies in support of the vision, mission, core values and quality of childcare throughout the UK.
The QA does this by using their individual skillset and experience alongside Bee Curious tools to support in the delivery of the best childcare and education giving every child the best start in life showcasing in this in regulatory body inspections achieving the highest possible outcome at inspection.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Area Directors, Centre Directors and Educators to ensure the centre is performing to the standards set by the company, reporting to the DOQ with any concerns.
* Attend regulatory body inspections throughout the group to support the centre with achieving the highest possible outcome at inspection and to liaise with other external agencies where required. Supporting Educators and Centre Directors in safeguarding and the correct reporting procedures.
* Support and initiate any new strategies identified by the company, continuing to ensure Busy Bees is the leading childcare provider in the sector, and where necessary lead and guide enhancements forward within the company. Analyse and compare data provided by the centres and use to promote and develop working practices across centres.
* To offer focussed support requested through the DOQ to centres of concern to improve outcomes and quality
* Engage Centre based educators through cluster meetings, support groups, inductions, and training opportunities to prepare and upskill them to achieve the best grade possible and give the highest quality outcomes for children.
Key Skills and Experience
* Extensive knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted’s Early Years Inspection framework
* Previous experience of assessing a settings quality based on these frameworks
* Minimum of 3 years working at a senior level within early years settings
* You will be a confident communicator who is patient and thoughtful in your interactions but comfortable challenging practise where needed for better outcomes
* Full driving license and the ability to travel to centres within the Northeast and Yorkshire area
