We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change to help drive transformation of the RNLI. This exciting new role will be responsible for ensuring the charity prioritises, governs and delivers its change activities, firmly aligned to strategy, and in a way that adds value to our services, and transforms our volunteer experience. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change will be an experienced portfolio or programme manager with a proven track record of delivery in a complex, multi-site organisation, recognising the unique opportunities and challenges of delivering change in a volunteer context. The Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change will save lives at sea by ensuring the RNLI delivers the right change projects, in the right way, in the right order, to achieve its strategic objectives. Our diverse portfolio includes a digital transformation programme, major estates works, the introduction of a new class of lifeboat, and warehouse and supply chain improvements, with a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies.
