We are a friendly admin team, including clerical officers, clinic supervisors, admin coordinators, and admin area team leaders, all supporting the Warrington Community bases.
To ensure comprehensive administrative support to the community clinics and associated health professionals, the postholder will actively participate and contribute to the development of the service.
You will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors.
Main duties of the job
Carrying out general office duties, sending out appointment letters, cancelling and rebooking patients, booking appointments, ensuring electronic records are accurate and up to date, maintaining confidentiality, opening and sorting mail, photocopying, scanning, and any other tasks appropriate to the role and to the relevant base.

Job responsibilities
Supporting services and visitors to our sites, maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and professional approach to all visitors and staff.
Providing an efficient and accurate admin service to Bridgewater Services and to services making use of rooms in our sites.
Following appropriate training, updating and maintaining records including sending appointments out, contacting patients, staff, and professionals on behalf of our services.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English or Key Skills equivalent qualification
* RSA level III in typing or equivalent.
Experience
* Evidence of ability to effectively complete tasks.
* Experience of working in a clinic and/or office environment.
Skills & Attributes
* Experience of using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft packages to include Outlook and Excel
* Good communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills.
* Motivated and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, understanding and respecting confidentiality in the workplace.
* Awareness of communication difficulties and how to adapt own communication as appropriate.
