Operating in South East London the organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered care in the home environment.About the RoleAs aSeniorRegistered Nurse, you will be responsible for:Providing respite careOffering short breaks (2-6 hours) to support families
Managing symptoms and medicationsEnsuring children receive expert clinical care
Delivering end-of-life and post-death careProviding compassionate and dignified support
Overseeing a caseload of childrenDeveloping and reviewing individualised care plansWhats on Offer?Salery up to £52,000 (DOE)

A meaningful role supporting children and families in needKey Clinical Skills Required:Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD)with paediatric nursing experience
Experience with Tracheostomy care and ventilation (invasive and non-invasive)
Experience managing caseloads in the community is preferred
Support families, addressing emotional and clinical requirementsAdditional Responsibilities:Supporting and mentoring healthcare assistants
Transcribing drug charts for community use
Conducting initial assessments and annual care plan reviews
Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
