This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional with strong Excel and financial modelling skills to take the next step in their career. As a Finance Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring accurate reporting, and providing insights for senior stakeholders, including private equity investors (Hg), Executive Committee members, and the CFO.
You’ll work on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, helping the business make informed decisions. This role offers exposure to investor relations, M&A integration, and strategic finance projects, making it an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, private equity-backed tech environment.
This position is based two days per week at our Heathrow Approach office (SL3 8QY).
What Will You Be Doing?
* Owning FP&A reporting cycles – month-end, half-year, and year-end financial reporting.
* Producing key reports – preparing monthly CFO review decks and management information (MI) packs.
* Financial modelling – maintaining and improving the Group Financial Model.
* Supporting investor relations – responding to queries from investors and lenders.
* M&A integration – aligning newly acquired businesses with IRIS reporting standards.
* Budgeting & forecasting – supporting the annual budget and five-year plan process.
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders – working closely with finance teams and key business leaders.
What Are We Looking For?
* Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
* Experience in FP&A – ideally within a corporate environment.
* Strong Excel skills – comfortable with financial modelling and data analysis.
* Analytical mindset – able to translate financial data into useful insights.
* Problem-solving skills – enjoys tackling complex financial challenges.
* Eagerness to learn – keen to develop within a PE-backed tech business.
