As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a Semi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. This role offers an immediate start in the New Year, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to various engineering tasks, including welding and fabrication, in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with welding and fabrication tasks as part of lift manufacturing projects. Support the engineering team in day-to-day factory activities. Conduct hands-on inspection and assembly of manufactured components. Assist in organising materials and components for project delivery. Participate in maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment. Occasionally assist with collecting and delivering materials to local firms (in the shared company vehicle). Skills & Experience: Basic Welding & Fabrication Skills : Some experience in welding, cutting and fabrication techniques is essential. Hands-On Approach : A willingness to assist with physical tasks and manual work. Problem-Solving Ability : A proactive mindset to address challenges as they arise. Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Attention to Detail : Precision and care in handling engineering components. Driving Licence : A valid driving licence is required to assist with local deliveries.
