The Role

As a Risk Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services, following the established service agreements and focusing on the Risk Desk. This role sits in our RA function and is under direction of the client.
Key Accountabilities
Things you will do:
* You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles
* You’ll facilitate the Interview and selection process
* You’ll ensure quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
* You’ll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
* You’ll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
* You’ll contribute to continuous improvements on account and manage client expectations
* You’ll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, providing frequent updates and clear communication throughout the entire recruitment process
* You’ll deliver results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
* You’ll source candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
* 360 recruitment experience (pro-active sourcing)
* Prior risk recruitment experience, or finance.
* Experience across finance sector
* Strong stakeholders management skills
* Solid experience in managing recruitment processes
* Ability to work in a changing environment
