We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team, offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 (FTE, DOE), with no Sundays or out-of-hours work. Our practice is purpose-built with fantastic facilities including an operating theatre, three dedicated consult rooms, large prep area, x-ray room, and an isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels. We pride ourselves on our supportive team, consisting of three vets, four RVNs, two SVN’s, one practice manager, and four receptionists. We also hold several prestigious awards, including the ISFM Silver Certificate Cat Friendly Clinic award, RAW Silver Rabbit Friendly award, Compassion Understood bronze award, and the SPVS Wellbeing Award. The Role: This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon looking for part-time work. Ideally, you’ll be working on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, with one Saturday morning in three. There is no out-of-hours or Sunday work, offering you a great work-life balance. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, influence care standards, and work with a varied caseload that can support certificate training.
